It happened to me as well. No answers when called the numbers. I do have an additional number that is supposedly tech support: 800-619-8899. I found the homepage also: www.actechcomputers.net/asp/default.asp

I'm sorry if someone tried to get a hold of us, but we are only open from 6am-6pm pacific standard time. We are also not open on the weekends. I assure you that we do pick up our phones, in fact we have 2 receptionists because there are so many phone calls.
