On November 22nd 2011 I place an order for a petsmart gift card for the amount of $124.87.I paid $113.09 for the card. I never received it. According to there site I should have gotten a ecode via email so that I could use the card then and there but that never happened.When I contacted the company they said that I ordered a physical card and that I would get the card in the mail in 3-5 days. After waiting for 7 days I emailed them once again because I still hadn't gotten the card. I received what I am guessing was an automated email that said that the card had been mailed out on the 23rd of November and that it can take up to three weeks to get the card. I know for a fact that any letter sent in the US will take no more than 3-10 business days because I called the USPS because that sounded fishy to me. I emailed them again and told them that and got no response.I have sent at least 5 emails to them since then all unanswered. I googled them and found their parent company blackhawk when I contacted them they said they would pass on the message and someone from cardpool would give me a call. I received the same email that they sent before telling me info that they have already said that the card was mailed out on the 23rd. I contacted my card company and filed a scam form with them. Which in this case I don't think there is much they can do because I willing used my card with the company.When I googled this company I found that the have a list of people who have had the same experience with this company. I know that $113.09 isn't a lot of money but I can only imagine that if they did this to me how many other people they have done the same to. I want a refund because I know that I will not be getting anything from them.
