Credit Report & Scores I filed an e-mail request for a credit report and scores. The company offered a free trial. I canceled the same day both by e-mail and phone. They have charged me for 2 months at 14.95 each. Bellview, Washington

On August 3,2009 I sent for a trial offer of Credit Reports & Scores there were several errors on the report and they had my credit score at 830. I immediately sent them an e-mail canceling the service under the trial period. I also called my credit card company and informed them I had canceled  the service and filed a dispute. My credit card was declined as a reslut which it should have been . Somehow the comppany by-passed that decline and managed to bill me for 14.95 for two months. I called the company today told them I had received a cancallation confirmation number by e-mail and they refused to refund my money. I am an elderly disabled woman on social security disability and I cannot afford to be ripped-off. I will again file a dispute with my credit credit company. The company claims I did not call them until Oct. and had the right to bill me for 2 months. Rip-off, rip-off rip-off.
