It's just an inconvienience. Really, how did they rip you off? Did you never recieve the computer and they are still charging you? Did they charge you more money to wait?Did they affect you monetarily in any fashion? Sir, I think you may be a bit confused as to what a rip off really is.

This might fall under misrepresentation, if you hold the term loosly to its meaning here...unless they promised it would definately be delivered on a certain date, and didn't approximate, (which I know as a customer Dell doesn't do, they always say things like 'on or before october 16th') they definately did not rip you off. So quit whining and be patient. You should have known already that when you order with any company, you may be delayed. If you wanted instant gratification, you should have bought it in-store.
