eglobal electronics do not ship priority or process priority even with extra payment Internet

I placed an order with Eglobal for a 7" computer for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter , paid for priority processing and extra for priority shipping. Got an email "thank you for the order" which said it was being processed but the order could take a little longer and to wait until 12/12 to contact them if it had not arrived by then. On 12/12 I tried to go online to contact them but there was no contact information so I called their customer support and only got voicemail and left a message that if I had not received the computer by 12/24 that I did not need it and please cancel my order. I went online to check the tracking number they had supplied the first time, again, and finally on 12/20 I recieved a notice that my order had been shipped out. I finally received the computer on 12/28 - which was long past Christmas Eve when I needed it! Eventhough I paid extra for priority processing and priority shipping I did not even get it processed until 12 days later! I have not opened it to see if it works or not.
