Dear Consumers,

I saw herbal smoke shop's website a couple of years ago. Back then I made the assumption that the site was b.s. But, when I couldn't find the "real Stuff" I decided to give it try. I shoud've known better-- when you get a gut feeling that you might get rip-off or something isn't right. Your gut is right. I wished I had visited this site for information before I made a purchase. I consider myself lucky that I'm only loosing $45.00. I've noticed that herbal smoke shop is heavily advertised through other websites, such as High Times. I've also found it under different website headings etc. Some people out there should be getting what they ordered or this site wouldn't be in business-- right?! A couple of years ago, I e-mailed them before asking them questions about how "real" the products are, and I got a response back. But, they seem to be absent as soon as I make a purchase. Live and Learn. I'll be glad when the "real stuff" becomes legal. Tired of the b.s.

If you have any problems purchasing from us, either email me direct, or fill out the contact us form on our website, Or call us during normal business hours, toll free at 866-437-2748. We have been in business for over 8 years and have served hundreds of thousands of happy customers. If you have a problem, just let us know and we can assist you. IF you mailed in an order 2 weeks ago, you need to allow 10-12 business days from the date it was mailed to arrive back to you. It has to get to us, get processed, shipped back to you, etc.

Dear Consumers,

Do not buy anything from this website, herbal smoke.com. I've emailed that "Derek" guy about my package. He doesn't respond to my personal e-mail. He responds to the rip-off report that wrote against the company, Global Life Enhancements, after I wrote "Derek" that I got his e-mail address from someone else's complaint on this website. This site should be charged with fraud. I've e-mailed and called countless times. No results!
