Google ezykit elitepack, kitaccess, acessmember Scam you into spending $1 to have something mailed and then claim that you were supposed to go online to download Internet

I saw this ad while responding to another email.  They advertised spend $1 and we will send you a Google kit where all you have to do is fill out forms and you will make money.  They did not state the length of a trial period or even mention it.  Within a few days, while waiting for this to arrive in the mail, I was charged the following:

accessmember 1.00, 0.03 (866-389-8668)

kitaccess 1.00, 0.03 (866-341-0774)

elitepack 79.86, 2.36 (866-396-2729)

ezykit 79.86, 2.36 (866-437-1621)

Then a few days later, my account was credited for the accessmember 1.00 and the elitepack 79.86, so I figured that they caught the double charge and I was not worried about the extra international charges and thought that I would be getting my product.

The product never came and a few days ago, I was charged another 39.93 for the ezykit.  I called them and immediately, before I could even voice my problem, I was told that they would cancel my account.  I informed the woman that I never received the package and she informed me that I was supposed to download it.  Even though I do not remember the email I went through or the site, I do remember that it said that the product would be mailed to me and it was supposed to be a Google kit.

They would not refund any more money stating that this was my fault and I should have the whole thing within one day. 

This is outrageous, I am a very busy person and kept meaning to call them this last month to complain, but I kind of figured that they received the package back, because at the time I was having problems with mail delivery.

I asked the woman, well surely you can tell if I downloaded the product and she said that there was no way to tell.  Then I asked her about use of it and said they should have been able to tell if I had been using it because I would have been making money and again she informed me that they had no way of telling if I was using the product or not.  How can I be charged by someone who doesn't even know if I am using their product?  Or if I even received it?

I have always been suspicious of Google, but decided that I would give them a break this and try them out.  Boy, was I WRONG!
