HomeAccessUSA.com I returned their package and I have a return acknowledgement letter since January They have not issued the refund of $198.00 to date. Los Angeles California

I have in my possession a letter of acknowledgement from HomeAccessUSA that they received my returned package. They informed me that they would refund within 30-60 days. That was the 24th of January 2008. I have called them, emailed them, and called them only to receive a machine to leave a message.

I need help to not only get my refund but to punish this company for its very, very poor customer service. I have tried several sources on the internet to get my money back to no avail. They are:
