I ordered "guaranteed compatible" cartridges for an Epson 520.

What arrived was not recognized by the printer  - obviously an  imperfect knockoff.

I sent four EMAILS over the course of three weeks to both Customer Service (laugh here), and the RMA people.  There was not ONE response!

I'm out $40 - could have been worse. 

Next time, I'll check with RIPOFF REPORT first before trying a new company.

The printer is working fine now that GENUINE Epson cartridges are in place.
