Mixnmatchclothing Jessica Goodnow Credit card scam, online site to phish customers, fake online store Buckhannon, South Carolina

I recently received a Simon Gift Card and found a Chi flat iron online for forty five dollars and decided to use my gift card to buy it. However, a few things were fishy that I noticed right away: my e-mails weren't responded to, she didn't have a telephone number to contact her by and the tracking number didn't work. At one point I looked up the site and a strange message came up about how her son had been diagnosed with a disorder and they were taking the site down but would reimburse people after 30 days. However, this was simply not the case (it has been far over 30 days) and this was another scam. When I look up the website now nothing comes up and if I click on the link to try to track the item in the first e-mail I received I get a notification that this is an untrusted site and I should not proceed.

 I looked up the case online and other people have had the same problem. Some of them said they saw that the item said "Partially shipped" and they never received their items either. I have sent her one final e-mail telling her that I intend to take legal action if she does not either reimburse me or send the flat iron.
