I too got taken by the "free CD" offer for 6.95.  I also did not see the fine print about once the cd's arrived I have 10 days to return or be billed.  When the charge for 189.95 appeared on my bank statement I called them immed and was told to send back and I would get a full refund.

The gave me the address to return and a refund number for my reference. Fed/ 24th sent the cd's back by USPS and got a delivery confirmation notice.  They rec. the cd's on 2/25/  I then called and was told it would take 21-30 days for my refund. Couldn't understand why so long but oh well shame on me for not getting my magnifying glass out and reading that little tiny print at the bottom of this scam.  When I called back after 30 days was told oh no it was 21-30 BUSINESS days. Ok now I knew I was in trouble and asked why and was told that it was company policy and that was the way it was.

 At that time I reported them to the BBB in Denver and so they just came up with another excuse and when I called was told they "escalated" my refund on March 30th because I called the BBB and would take 10-15 business days to  process.  On 4/12 I called again and was told by a rep named May that it was in process and my 10-15 business days was now 15 days and I SHOULD have my refund to my credit card then but would not give me a date. 

Funny last week Norton Anti Virus billed me in error for my annual fee cause they already did that in March and I had my refund the same day.

I do think it is illegal for them to use my money for now 35 business days and I know if I call them again they will give me any excuse and extend my refund even longer.
