Video Computer Store - Don't Go There!

I've been fighting with this company since I made my order back in November 1999. I was charged $2300 on my Visa on December 7th and didn't even receive a piece of the computer until Dec. 18th. So I got the monitor, scanner and printer by the end of December but to date no computer. Like the other complaints, many calls were made by me, many promises were made by them, and today I finally said screw it and sent everything back to them FEDEX with their account number billed. My credit card company is disputing charges, I've contacted the Better Business Bureau in PA, and the attorney general's office. I haven't heard from the BBB or the Att. Gen. but I'm not giving up until I get satisfaction.

This company continues to place false informercials and how they get away with it I don't know. You can't even get through on a phone line without a half hour to an hour wait. They say "you're on the priority list" but what priority list is that, the one that keeps you waiting until the deadline for credit card dispute has passed. They have the system down pretty good and know how to get ahold of your money but don't know how to deliver the goods. SHAME ON THEM! AND SHAME ON ME FOR ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY - DON'T GO THERE!
