I ordered a flag online at the Wind-Wheels.com website on July 26; they requested a check, which I mailed July 28, 2008. The flag was never received -- three times I emailed them, with no response. On their website they promise a return phone call, but the call never came. They deposited my check as soon as they received it -- just took the money and ran.

I've been ripped off! First time this ever happened to me, after years of ordering online. They don't list a phone number, don't respond to emails, so I'm reporting them in every way that I can.

According to another Ripoff Report, they also operate as kiteskiteskites.com. Their websites certainly look authentic, and I was fooled. Buyer beware!
