A-Z Electronics ripoff, took about 4 moths to do simple job, won't refund money after i telling them the job they did didn't work Smiths Creek, Wadhams Michigan

Well i took my computer system to them December 12to install a chip into it, the first time they tried to add my piece on they told me i had a bad piece, so i sent it back and got a new piece. Took the new one to them and of course didn't work. Now they think they did some bad wiring. I called every week for 2 months and each week they are to busy to do the job. Oh i'm sorry i was to busy next week. BS. So they finally call me and say its done i ask does it work, they say well i don't know what its supposed to do, and yet i called and asked if they install the things and they say yes. I take it to my friends house nothing on its changed and the chip doesn't work so we open it and plug the chip in which the idiots couldn't do, and of course they did a crappy wiring job and it doesn't work. So i take it back to them and ask for a refund which they are more than unhelpful with telling they did it right even after i point out it wasn't plugged in, and they won't give me my money back.

I've never heard of rip off report.com until now. Googling our company for the first time we noticed the posted complaint. To be truly fair, this webstie needs to take the responsibility and contact the accused before posting complaints to at least notify them that they are being accused, so the accused can respond. If the accused cannot be contacted by mail or email then DO NOT POST the complaint. Everyone needs the right to defend themselves against accusations. Look at my response to this complaint is 2 years after the complaint was written. In the mean time, A-Z Electronics has to unknowingly accept that someone is hurting our company reputation. It should be the moral responsibility of all websites that operate on 'gossip' to contact the accused in way they can, so the accused has a chance to respond or not. The website that is posting gossip or truth can not assume that everyone accused has the time to review every gossip website out there. If you truly want a constructive website then post that your website has contacted the accused, at the very least. First off we don't take units in on Sunday because we are closed. Our hours are 9AM-7PM, Mon-Fri. I noticed you did not give your last name or service number of your repair. If you truly exist and are not a fabrication of this website or a competitor, please respond! Note: Our records show 1-2 days turn around time for completed computer repairs in the month of December 2004.
