I bought an ACER PC from best buy in sioux falls, south dakota a month or 2 after i bought it the ram went bad.  Best buy fixed it in store. So a few more months down the road my PC jut wont turn on,  i took it to Best Buy and they told me that it will be sent to ACER to be fixed and i did w/o a PC for 2 weeks.  So i finally get the PC back and the CD-Rom drive doesnt work and when i called in about it i was yelled at and hung up on by someone named Brian who works at Best Buy. so my advice to anyone is NEVER and i mean NEVER buy an ACER PC.  Also NEVER let the "Geek Squad" try to fix your PC they have no clue what they are doing obviously if they cant figure out that a PSU is bad in a PC and lie to you and say they sending it to the manufacturer and in reality they sent it to their own repair shop
