I ordered a Computer from Blue Hippo in July of 2008. At first they were taking about $60 everytwo weeks. Then I stopped that and sent them a money order for 165 or so in February of 2009. I was told I would get my laptop in 6-8 weeks. then it was 3-4 weeks for a couple months. Then i talked to someone in upper management she said that the laptop was supposed to take 16-18 weeks. By this time was August of 2009. It is now October 2009 and I am still getting a run around, they say there supervisers or upper management does not take phone calls. I am really tired of these people. I would like to know about how to go about getting my money back or my laptop ASAP.
