Dell Computers Does not honor warranty Nationwide

I bought a laptop computer from Dell Computers and purchased a 4 year warranty with it.
At first they were good about replacing parts that went bad.
But after 5th or 6th time I needed a repair on the computer they just have ignored me.
So far I have had 4 AC adapters replaced the modem twice, and it still does not work. My motherboard went out and they sent a tech out to replace it.
The tech did not bother to check if the computer worked after he chaged the parts. Before he drove out of the driveway I was trying to turn the computer on, it would not come on, I called Dell right away to tell them that the tech failed to fix the computer, they told me it was not the tech job to make sure it worked.
I have been calling & emailing Dell Computers for more then 5 months, and I still can't them to fix the damn thing. That is why I bought an extra warranty just in case.
My warranty says that if more then 4 parts have to be replaced they would give me a new or refurbished computer. The last time I talked to a Dell Customer service person they confirmed this. My husband and I have taken turns calling Dell on almost a daily basis. But still nothing has been done.
My computer won't turn on, the modem never really worked, and the screws are breaking off and I can't get the piece out, and the monitor(laptop) is falling off. I have reported them to the BBB but have not heard nothing yet.
This is not a cheap machine I paid $2800. for it and it has been nothing but trouble.

This person at Dell can help you. She helped me with a similar problem.

I had a similar problem and wrote to Mr. Dell's executive secretary. She saw that I got a credit and was very professional.

I recently wrote to her and directed her to this site. She recently wrote to me and thanked me for conveying this site's URL address to her and she reported that she is now in a department called, "Online Community Outreach Liaison." Jackie will be contacting all the people who have complained about Dell in the near future.

I do not wish to publish her email address, but if you call Dell and ask for Jackie Cooper in Online Community Outreach Liaison, I'm sure she will help you.
