I purchased the emachine for my son in 2001 from Circuit City where most emachines were sold in my area. When I went to try to get the upgrade Circuit City did not know anything about it. They gave me the run around and did not have the number to call to get the upgrade. When I did finally receive the number for Emachines I was told they had just recently discontinued the service. Plus I was then told that I had to have a 2 year agreement with easynet which was not the case. Otherwise I would not have bought this machine. There are a lot of other computers on the market.

NEVER BUY A EMACHINE. They don't stand behind their advertisements.
