Our HP media centre was almost 2 months out-of-warranty when a smoking, defective motherboard rendered it useless. Danny Oduro-Benefo had it picked up and sent to HP for evaluation. After it was examined, Danny notified us that HP would replace it with a brand new one. Time frame from actual damage until news of a replacement: less than one month.

Fair is fair; the good experiences should be heard too.
