This guys is a rip off, deducted $500 from my credit card after a big on ioffer.com site and 2 weeks later said that he had a bad shipments and he would refund my money, a week later he claimed that he already issued a refund and would check again, after that he dissapeared and no email responses are received. I check his ioffer account which had 357 ratings (weird) but i guess those were extracted from ebay and other online auctions (ifigured you can do that). My $500 charge comes from www.lightngo.com and when I called that company they have nothing to do with this charge, this is even more weird and all his emails come from un unidentified IP address which can't be traced. IP 10.224.60.137 and IP 10.231.38.1. Beware, don't try to by cheap ipads or you may end up getting screwed too.
