MSI ,Multi Star International, Rebate Offers a rebate as a promotion, yet No One to return my phone calls in regard to online registration City Of Industry, California

Here is the deal.  I purchased two motherboards from Fry's Electronics on 1/7/2010.  I purchased the MSI (K9N6PGM2-V2) and the MSI (NF750-G55), both offering rebates.  Went to fill out the MSI online registration, and that is where there is an issue.  When entering my personal information, an error is generated from MSI that states:

"Multiple addresses were found for the information you entered, and no default exists."

I have no idea what this means, and it will not let me proceed in the registration for the rebate.  I first tried 1/7/2010, it is now 1/22/2010, and I have made several attempts to contact someone at MSI to no avail.  I am always forwarded on to someone else.  Half the time, I am hung up on, or left hanging. I'm tired of trying to get answers or help.  Why offer a promotional rebate, when someone can't even access your registration?  I have tried on several different computer and internet connections, so I know it is an MSI issue.  If you are trying a rebate with MSI, I wouldn't hold your breath.  Two weeks and still no help, no answers and no one seems to care.
