Panasonic If only the customer service was in english New Jersey

I bought a Panasonic surround sound system at Curcuit City and a computer. I was told that I could down load my favorite tv shows to my computer, then take the DVD over to my surround sound system, place that DVD in the machine, and watch the show I recorded. (Great I thought, no Tivo, etc needed I AM THE BOMB!) {stop laughing, you already know what happened.} The DVD couldn't read the format of the computer made DVD.

When I called Panasonic, I only had one question, what formatt do I need to use to make this happen? You know those Indians/Pakis (whatever) get very testy when you ask a question and they do not know how to answer it. In fact they start yelling for no reason. I have given up trying to find out this answer. (I simply don't care any more) The "boyz" at CC are literate, but stupid they had no idea what I am trying to do, even though I bought it ALL there. (No more my friends.)
