I buy a lot of computer parts since I work in the computer industry and I have purchased over $4000 worth of merchandise from TigerDirect in just the last year alone and over $10,000 in the last five years. I have never had a problem with them up until this year as they offer a lot of rebates for their items.

I submit all my rebates with an invoice and thorough documentation but I have yet to receive a single rebate check from any of the manufacturers. I know this is not TigerDirect's direct responsibility as they are not the manufacturer but I'm beginning to think that manufacturers are no longer honoring their rebate agreements with TigerDirect. My advice to everyone would be to by elsewhere in the meantime.
