 Two Months ago I purchased a Toshiba Satellite L305D-S59222 I started noticing several driver failures and that my computer could not connect to the internet.  After speaking with Customer service, the solution turned out to be a complete system recovery.  Soon after I purchased a external Monitor, to use with my laptop.  When I plugged my external Monitor into the Laptop the Graphics driver immediately began failing causing my screen to flash and then my computer crashed .  I went to ITT so im not exactly inexperienced with computers after troubleshooting and doing anouther complete system recovery.  I tried to update my drivers only to have the computer immediately crash. I then called Toshiba customer service and scheduled my laptops repair at their depot, in Kentucky.  This repair process took 3 weeks. remember I only had my computer for a month prior to sending in for repair.  And when I finally got it back, I thought great, wrong as soon as I plugged in my external monitor it started happening all over again.  So what did customr relations do  they sent it to NexiCore in California for repair. Now NexiCore had my computer for a week and sent it back saying they had repaired it.  But thats not the end of this story.  My computer is not fixed the opperating system itself is corrupted.  Microsoft cant validate my product because its corrupted so in order to get their help I have to pay money.  And according to senior level 2 tech Paul at Toshiba and Julian anouther of Toshiba oh so wonderful staff I have to get support for my issue from Microsoft because they are not trained to deal with software problems.  And now for the second day in a row since I got my laptop back the case manager who is supposed to be resolving this issue has left the office for the day without returning my phone call.  The moral of this story, DO NOT BUY FROM TOSHIBA!!!!!  They sell you a laptop with a corrupted Operating System.  And  are incapable or unwilling to provide support for that software.  And since it is corrupted and Microsoft wont be able to verify your product theyre going to charge you $50 just to talk to you.
