i am a new to hp i have a full years warranty i called to have a defective product replaced the sales representative replaced the part he said he needed a credit card number as collateral in case you didnt return the defective part then  the card will be charger the next day i checked my statement online and found that the reresentative had already charged me for the defective product called hp and a new rep said he would elevate claim to senior case manager two days ago still have not recieved a call back.hp has terrible customer service the representatives are rude and liars deal with this company at your own risk.
