Computer Finance, LLC. - Gateway Shady Practices slow prossessing Atlanta Georgia

In October of 2001, Computer Finace, LLC. acquired my account thru Gateway, in the previous year of doing business with Gateway I had never been reported to credit agencies for Late Payments, in the 5 months that Comp. Finance, LLC. has had my account they have reported me as being late 2 times. This is absolutely false, when speaking to the rep. at CF, LLC., I was given a fax# and address to direct my disputes to, (no phone #, no physical address), I have faxed and received no response, and of course I can't call to find out what is happening because of course there is no phone number. I have been paying for a $900.00 computer with a 28.6% rate for 15 months and my balance is $1,830.00. Who do contact for help? Also I requested a copy of my Signed Credit Agreement and CF, LLC.'s Billing Disclosure, but of course nothing, there has to be someone or some organization that can help, please help.
