Hi' every one,I read a lot complain about,Best Buy,and Dell.........etc. Ok,just talk about Best Buy first.a lot people didn't know Best Buy can't fix your Desktop or Laptop.you know why? Because Best Buy don't carry the parts,like Motherboard,CPU.etc.Just said you Buy computer from Best Buy,you use for awhile,had a problem,but you still have warranty on it,ok Best Buy,send your computer to contractor,like who ever they had a contract with,like Gateway,Dell,HP.and so on.you know why Best Buy telling you sometime it take 3 or 5 days to fix ? cause they have to ship you unit to the contractor,when your unit get there they fixed by the date.first come,first server,one more thing, most the people don't know is? just said you send your laptop it to fix the Motherboard,yes they change the Motherboard,but is not a brand new Motherboard.that Motherboard is Refurbished,they gave you a new parts unless they ran out Refurbish part.And other thing,people complain why,Best Buy erase you Hard drive,but your Hard drive is nothing wrong with it.......ATTENTION.....when you sign paper for agreement for service.look at part...about software.when you sign in there,that mean you allow them to erase your Hard drive,if your Hard drive had error or missing....etc.Be sure took picture of your computer,check how much Ram,you got,also if you know your Hard drive is still good,take it out,just send unit without Hard drive. Most of the part for either Desk top or laptop,is MADE IN CHINA.is look good,but don't last long.that why,we buy sometime very cheap.
