Dell Computer Coroporation rip off, sales used parts, and they don't fix what they sell. I have had a new hard drive and the computer still wont run. Round Rock Texas

In Dec 05 I bought a Dell 8400 computer on line at round rock Texas. I also bought a two year extende warrity. This extende warrity is a laugh all you get is being on the phone for hours at a time. This computer crased in july 06 and i had to restore everything, lost everything. Dell put in a new hard drive in March o7. All i got from the Tech when he brought out the hard drive was he installed part of windows i was left to put every thing back on including the drivers and all of the hardwear.

The tech should have seen if this computer was working right but he did not all i get is erro message and this computer runs SLOW! I also bought a DVD_ROM drive from Dell in March 07. I paid 79.99 for it plus $119.00 for the tech to install. This tech did not know what he was doing. The tech didnt install one side of the DVD-Rom, he didnt plug it in. I have been on the phone with DELL for many hours trying to get them to come out and fix this computer, it is what i paid for/ Buying a DELL computer was one of the biggest mistakes i ever made.

Oh i forgot to say this DVD-Rom will not work right either. DELLS Tech told me i have to buy the softwear to make this DVD-rom work! This is BULL! I told him that and he went on line and got me a FREE code to make it work. I hate DELL!
