Purchased Dell Inspiron 580S w/24" Monitor & MS Office Home and Business Sept 1. Unit arrived DOA and Dell sent technician to fix with new mother board.  When technician arrived found that nothing in computer was hooked up.  Plugged everything in and system booted.  Office not installed and was told to download from MS website.  System started to have memory error's on boot within a week.  Several calls to India without resolve.  When Office needed to be registered MS would not accept my Key supplied by Dell.

Continued to have memory and Office problems and Dell shipped new system base.  Base arrived without Video Card and had a wireless modem that I did not order.  After several calls and discussion with India I was told to remove the video card from old system and put into the new one.

Tried to get new system to work properly after several calls to tech support.  Very frustrating calls to the point I asked to retun the systmem for a refund.  For two weeks battled with dell to get return authorization.  Finally recevied approval to send system back.  Specically requested box for monitor as I had destroyed it.  I was told by India that UPS would package the whole system as they did it all the time for Dell.

Took the system to the UPS store with Monitor, Key Board, sound bar and MS Key card and used Dell's UPS label and sent it back.  After two weeks contacted Dell to find out where my refund was ($500) and they told me they only received the base.  India checked with their receiving department, Mr. McDonough to be exact and couldn't verify the remaining items were there.  Was told by Dell case closed.

Went to the UPS facility and got statement that everything was in the box shipped to Dell but Dell had to file a claim as it was their account that it was shipped on.

They still have my $500 and all the equipment I purchased without any resolve.  I am looking for someone who knows who is the registered agent for Dell in the State of Washington.  This has been the most excruciating experience I have ever encounter in my "almost" senior life.
