DELL Computers The customer service so bad, they just want to play game with the customers.The quality of the products so bad. I just want to say never buy any product from Dell again. It's so terrible Internet

I just want to say never buy any product from Dell computer again. I bought a laptop from Dell 3 months ago, when I find out the battery are not working at all and the system automatic restart during the computer working. I contacted with the customer service with these phone number 1-800-624-9896, 1-888-241-0975 over 4 hours. Customer service from other countries answer the phone, and they transfer me around then the telephone is turn off.  they let customer  wait a long time on the line then turn off. I called over 10 time with over ten customer services with the same question, answer and the same way they treat customer. Here is some bad customer service that i ask the name and ID: name is Din and ID 133345, Name is Kevin and ID 185715, Name is Jaya ID 169630... Her is  Attorney reach deal to Dell's customer service website: www.atg.wa.gov/pressrelease.aspx?id=21774. Customer service at Dell is so bad, They try to sell product insurance and buy more products and services at Dell as much as they can, but they don't help customer solve the problem from Dell product

There is a little thing called automatic updates from microsoft that restart the computer within a certain time frame, if you never restart it... it will eventually restart every thought about that. Maybe not. Dell is not half bad, not defending them because I dont like Dell/HP or any of them because they use propritary computer parts in all there machines making them barley upgradeable. I work for DoD Information Systems so believe me I know about Dell Products thats all the GOV. Buys.
