Purchased HP computer & Epson printer from CompUSA. Local newspaper and company in store ad offer rebates. I have submitted all reguired forms and documents, numerous times.

Phone #'s disconnected or busy, no response by mail or internet.

Contacted Comp USA, was laughed at treated rudely, basically ignored.

Received the same treatment from HP & Epson.
My purchase was made in 1999 and still nothing.
