On January 6, 2009 I purchased for 75.00 an extended warranty for myPhotosmart C7280 Printer, next business day replacement

My printer has decided not to print, a slowly getting worse problem due to in my opinion faulty feed rollers. It only put out blank pages and jams.

On May 7th, I contacted technical support and spoke with a barely english speaking person who had no knowledge of my extended warranty (after almost 30 mins of useless questions/answer) I emailed the seller of the warranty to no avail and their phone number has been disconnected at hpconsumer-es.com, Friday I called directly and spoke to someone in sales who told me they would take care of and took all my info. Its now Wednesday May 13th. no printer. I called the person at hp-consumer.es who denied speaking with me, and announced they do enforce warranties , they only sell them and directed me back to technical support. 15 mins later, speaking to technical support they have no record but.. after me complaning and he... speaking to his supervisor I was directed to fax 800-56304860 my paperwork. I also faxed the President of the company Mark Hurd and sent along a rather less than joyful note. If they continue to give me the run around and do not honor this warranty I will contact the lawyer that won against them in a class action.(((Redacted)))

I dont know that anything will happen but at least I will be on record with them. (green welling). Bottom line, I wouldnt donate 75,00 to them again for an extended warranty. I will be more than surpirsed if a replacement printer should show up now that I have sent my complaint letters.

HP FRAUD HP Next business day exchange extended service plan.

This is a fraud, dont fall for it. we purchased and they have disavowed all knowledge of our purchase for more than 8 days. so much for next business day replacement. It is a scam in my opinion, dont fall for it !!!

Hp refunds my money

after several nasty faxes and threats of litigation, HP apologises, refunds my original warranty purchase money and gives me the remaining 2 years left free of charge.
