We, a food pantry, purchased a printer from this company. This was a refurbished printer and did not come in the original box. This printer didn't work, and we were told to send it back and it would be replaced. We had to pay for return shipping just to find it was refused because it wasn't in the original box. It never came in the original box! We explained this to them, that and we are a non-profit food pantry and don't have the money to buy two printers, and they didn't care. It wasn't their problem because they got $500.00 dollars out of a non-profit agency.
