PalmOne, Ripoff Won't Honor Warranty Milpitas California

I purchased a PalmOne Zire 31 for $149.00. After 89 days, one of the buttons went bad. I contacted PalmOne via their webpage, email and telephone and after finally was told that the warranty did not cover the defective button.

I checked the warranty again and this problem MOST DEFINITELY IS covered in their warranty. However, PalmOne, refuses to repair or replace the defective unit or refund my money.

I should have checked with the Better Business Bureau BEFORE buying, as PalmOne has a history of failure to resolve consumer complaints. View the BBB's report for yourself
