hi this is sheshukumar.purchased one laptop in the month of october.till =now i never used the same.i approached the customer service around 25 times.and i have the mail trial and case number which sony has given with me.i didn't understand what to do.still they haven't given any proper solution to problem.and i invested another 100 dollars to contact them and in between they asked me to purchase one external floppy that also idid.
please do me a favour....i raised a compalint in sony style.that also i did around 4 times but no one has apporoached me..please do me a favour....i am decide to file a case against sony.....let me know the procedure how to file.....
