ThermaPak Scamming Job Posting Internet

Please be aware of Thermapak's job posting on Craigslist.  They lure you into their office by posting a very attracting job post on Craigslist.  In the interview they ask you a bunch of normal interview questions, but at the end of the interview they ask you to go home and think of 3 innovative/creative ideas for the company.  I applied for an Administrative Assistant position.  I really don't get why an administrative assistant has to be creative to get the position so I told my friend about the situation.  He told me the position is fake.  They are not hiring.  They are basically stealing people's idea because they're cheap.  Do not email or send them any of your ideas.  These creative ideas are our assets. Please don't let these shameless people steal your assets.
