I purchased products from this company a couple of months of ago and this guys TJ told me that the products were in stock and would ship out the next day.  They charged my credit card and didn't ship the products out for 10 days after I ordered them.  When the products came they weren't anything like what they advertised on their website, they weren't even the right brand and when I tried to contact them to discuss this they didn't answer my calls or return my calls.  I left them repeated messages and still no response.  Finally I reversed the charges on my credit card and sent back the products.  Now they keep sending me a bill saying a I owe them money.  They appear to be very stupid people and don't understand I sent back the product and I owe them nothing.  Now they keep calling me.  Funny how when the shoe is on the other foot they start to pay attention. 

Buyer beware this is a very very bad company to do business with.  They obviously run out of a back door and know nothing of how to run a business.  Their idea of customer service  is taking your money and running.  This company wouldn't know quality if it steped up and smacked them in the face.

Complete B.S. Filed because I called them out.

Lets go ahead and break this down and call B.S. on this report filed by Karen under a different name.

Stated:

I purchased products from this company a couple of months of ago and this guys TJ told me that the products were in stock and would ship out the next day.

Truth:  No never, that would imply we talked on the phone and why would I risk the reputation of my business for a couple hundred dollars.  We hardly ever take orders over the phone, and our website cleary states when you look at an item expected handling time, our minimun is 1-2 days and most are 3-4 or business days.  We do state to customers if a product is on its way to us from a manufacturer and try to give them estimated shipping date.

Stated:  They charged my credit card and didn't ship the products out for 10 days after I ordered them.  When the products came they weren't anything like what they advertised on their website, they weren't even the right brand

Truth:  Complete lie, customer order ubiquit products and received ubiquiti products.  Also gave them solutions to help enhance poor quality of service they provide to their internet customers.

Stated:  When I tried to contact them to discuss this they didn't answer my calls or return my calls.  I left them repeated messages and still no response.  Finally I reversed the charges on my credit card and sent back the products.  Now they keep sending me a bill saying a I owe them money.

Truth:  We have been in business for over 2 years and have never had a customer reverse a payment and then send the product back.  The product speaking of was a large box that would have cost them over $150 to ship back....there is no way they would do this if they wouldn't have been reimbursed for it.....think about it people.  Product YIA owes money for has a dimensional shipping weight of 100 lbs.

Stated:   They appear to be very stupid people and don't understand I sent back the product and I owe them nothing.  Now they keep calling me.

Truth:  Log in to your ups and provide us the tracking #.  VERY SIMPLE, put up or shut up.

Truth:  Pay attention to what?  Beware of what?  Look at our Better Business Bureau Report, Look at our ebay ratings.  Proof is in the pudding.

The facts are this; I sent a high quality grid antenna to this customer and had faith they were quality people and would pay their bill.  Finally after several months of trying to get them to pay an invoice I had no option but to let the world know what kind of business they are.  We are a small business and work hard for our money and our reputation is excellent.  This is cleary a weak and uneducated rebuttle to a ripoff report filed against our 1 bad customer a couple months ago.  If they would have just paid their bill I would have happily removed the ripoff report but instead the lowclass backward country mentality is to lie instead of pay for what you owe.  Stay classy  www.yia.ca.  WEAK

If they would have just paid their bill I would have happily removed the ripoff report  "

    Before you go making promises that you can't keep, you should re-review the terms on this website.   It is very unlikely that you could happily remove anything from this site.
