I payed shipping of free DVD package on 4 January.My free 30 days trial membership starts. I waited for 3 weeks and then submited a ticket. No answer.
I submitted another asking to send me my DVD. I noticed a lot of strange things inside memberships office,
There were no contacts data and support desck only inside.
Then I submitted a cancel ticket It was 29 february.
His cancellation policy says:
"You must submit a written cancelation request ticket to our support center 72 hours prior to the next re-bill date."
I was in time. I didn't recieve any answer but ny account was suspended for 3 days.
02-Feb-2010 11:00:03 PM I was charged $67 for next month.
Date/Time : 02-Feb-2010 11:00:06 PM I was charged $67 once more
I can't access my affiliate link ,now it is not valid (yesterday before charging money it was)
They say" At this time we are not accept any new members..."
So I lost money twice 2*$67, I have no my DVD package $12 shipping, I can't cancel my membership,
No one of my 4 tickets is answered.
