I'm sure that the duplicate charge is an error in the system. Has the second charge been refunded to your card yet? If not, please let me know. There are some times when a duplicate charge is processed, but removed shortly after. It should be removed from your statement. Again, please let me know what the credit card is reporting and I'll be happy to assist you further.

my lastname was removed by me I can understand the holiday thing but I have two problems with this email . One theres no mention about canceling the account as requested per my email in the title and this wasnt a duplicate charge it was two seprate charges. Second why is Tech support contacting me about billing issues ? shouldnt the billing department be contacting me about this. wether the email was sent to tech support or not which is wasnt.

I do not wish to do business with bidplace if this is how they do business I want my account canceled I do know that the 5.00 is non-refundable but these other 2 holds need to be removed from my account and the bidplace account needs to be canceled I do not want any ads ran through bidplace at this time or in the future . I want this account canceled and a confirmation email that it has been done I have sent a email to ever branch of bidplace with this and your the only one to respond about duplicate charges but not about this account being canceled this is the account number

and yes I sent the same email asking for this account to be canceled to ever emails adress they have as I will do again today . my other adevertisers respond very quickly and have not had any issues with any of them I suggest you use one of them but not AOL/Bidplace
My complaint is the charge from AoL video nowhere and I mean nowhere does it say anything about them charging 5.00 for this and even if it was .01 its BS then not answering emails or doing what you ask them to do where has the customer service gone these days. The only way to cancel your account is through emails
