You should be able to register a complaint with ICANN regarding his obviously misleading web address, I do not know what they can do regarding the content, but the content itself is evidence of his intention of misleading folks at the expense of your (hopefully) legimate web site. I wish I had more time to post additional info...but it is a start.

Rip Off Report Forever!

This report is a lie published here by Ceciu to deceive the public and to manipulate the system for free advertising to his website; Ceciu, the one that published this report is a criminal that was found stealing from Nobelcom, the company he was working for, I caught him stealing and reported him; and after I reported him, he got fired and prosecuted.

He is a convicted criminal out of a job, and in his anger he is trying to create punitive damages to me since he is looking for revenge. Further more, on the same subject reported here, after being prosecuted and convicted, he published an official apology on the same Romanian website where he first denigrated me, and admitted that he lied just to create himself some marketing business advantages.
