Larry Caines ripped off my English Bulldog Humphrey! Internet

In Jan 2011, I recieved a neighborhood newsletter at my home in Fullerton.  It had local ads from realtors, and other local businesses.  There was a contest for "Your dog's Face," offering a free dinner at a downtown Fullerton restaurant if your dog was chosen.  I entered my 3 yr old English Bulldog Humphrey, who we rescued a yr ago,  I was notified shortly after, that Humphrey won, & would be featured on the cover of the Feb issue, and I had won dinner for 2 at a downtown Fullerton restaurant.  In the middle of Feb, I emailed Larry Caines and asked when the issue would be out, he said it was being printed.  2 more weeks went by, and nothing.  Larry again told me to resend my address & the dinner gift certificate would be mailed, so far nothing!  I contacted him again, and told him this was embarassing for him, and for me! I was told Humphrey won a contest, and NOTHING!  He gave me some lame excuse that the restaurant was having problems printing gift certificates. I told Larry Caines he was totally giving me the runaround. I haven't heard from him since.  I contacted one of the Fullerton Realtors who had a add in the publication, and she informed me that Larry Caines had ripped her off as well, and owes her & many realtors money as well.
