Hired http://affordableprogrammers.com/ to built content managment systems for 2 websites.  Websites were operating perfectly before they got their hands on them.  They told me work would take 3-4 days to complete.  A month later work was not complete and Google banned websites for malware.  Affordable programmers used codes that made websites unsafe.  I asked them to fix malware.  They did by deleting important scripts and documents from my websites.  My websites are no longer operational.  Receive error message "oops this link is broken" when using websites.  Additionally, they deleted over 70 important PDF files from website that will be almost impossible to replace since these PDFs were acquired over time. 

Filed a complaint with Paypal.  They asked me to take back complaint and would have my sites working in 4 days or they would refund my money.  They lied.  Once I took  Paypal complaint back, sites were not fixed.  It is now almost two months since I hired them.  They have not refunded my money and they stop communicating with me.  They do not have the skills needed to work on any website.  Sarfraz Anwar, the team manager is a liar and a scammer.  They are totally inept and just want to scam people out of their money.  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.  DO NOT TRUST THEM.
