I Posted a project on designquote.net website and recieved several bids, VPEWEB design had the best quote so i went with them and hired them to do my project.

I explained everything i wanted them to do and gave them my business plan so they could properly build my website and build my software as i needed it, they required all payments upfront so i sent money with my paypal.com account.

I never ended up getting anything for my money and if losing all your money isnt bad enough this company even stole my business plans and ideas and even used my domain name and opened up a business for themselves with all my ideas.

I tried to contact designquote.net numerous times via email and by phone to tell them i had been ripped off by a vendor on their website, they never replied back to me even after several month not even one reply back, so it seems DESIGNQUOTE.NET approves of this fraudulent activity and doesnt care.

I have since learned that 3 other people have been ripped off by this same person through DESIGNQUOTE.NET and designquote.net still lets this company bid on projects on their website.

My conclusion is that somehow VPEWEB and designquote.net is one in the same person or they would have clearly removed him from bidding.
