I am the owner of the company on which this bogus claim was filed.  In this report filed, you can obviously determine it is bogus, because of the "made in the usa" and the name "crystal" used.  We do not "build" products, thus the "made in the usa" does not apply to our web site.  And, the name "crystal" is not my name, and any customer who hired our company would know this immediately, as mass communication goes on with the customer upon hire.  Furthermore, our company never closes for vacation and NEVER hires oversease programmers.



This is not only a bogus claim, but a bogus web site!  I was sent an email message telling me of this claim that was filed, and then telling me I can spend money to have it removed.  This is a HUGE scam and I will be reporting this to Google as this company and the email message was referencing Google as the main proprietor.  This is a HUGE scam to get money from company owners ... as very obvious by the false information in the claim on my company.  Will be reporting this to the authorities immediately!

Becky Perry is the person that I dealt with. During our interaction she told me that she was a witch and her other name was Crystal Myst.

I just re-read some of our old correspondence and I remember what happened now very clearly. 

 

We had an agreement to finish by a certain date. As soon as I sent the money over problems started coming up on her end. First it was tornadoes that she had to deal with. The she got sick, went on vacation and then got a "system wide virus" that shut her own business down. It was one excuse after another and when our agreed finish date was approaching she started being very rude.

 

I had shopped around those over-seas coder websites before using Becky's services and when we were a week or so away from the deadline she posted my job on one of those coding websites to get done at a fraction of what I had paid her. 

 

She would never return calls even when I asked her to call me. She would send emails and would not answer the questions I had posed. She didn't do the work and beat around the bush and avoided me. 

Very unprofessional service. No communication. Bad customer service. Misleading statements that ultimately were just lies and the for her to subcontract the work out overseas was just the straw that broke the camel's back.

The project was 3 months late and only halfway done. She had one excuse after another. She then blamed me for "being in such a hurry" when she had told me a completion date in MAY!

 

I sent her a document with my needs included and she continued to ask me questions on what I wanted done when all the information had been sent to her numerous times.

 

Her attitude changed from the beginning and she had no patience for my impatience. SHE was the one that was running late and then got mad because I would write her frustrated emails.

 

One other thing she did that cost me money was to tell me that I needed to get a server ready to go. She gave the impression that my website was almost finished and that I needed to get a server for it so I had to pay for a server for nothing.

 

For her to respond in this way shows how much of a liar she is. If anybody would like to see the emails we exchanged then PM me for more proof.

She went to scriptlance to advertise my project. This is a copy of her posting. A google search for dbycm shows her profile on this website and you can see the ad she place to finish my project

"I have several projects going on. But, one of them is PHP and MySQL and is basically a clone of YouTube.com. The only thing about this project is that I need to hire FAST and I need this project complete in a week.

The project website design is complete and the database created. The navigation menu is automated from the database and the categories page is automated. The login is complete as well as the navigation and categories menu.

I will pay a flat fee of $500 US for this projec, but, will not pay until the project is complete and customer satisfied. Please respond ASAP if interested."

You can see that she did in fact post my project on another website to subcontract out the work. You can look up her profile on there dbycm. She told me that the project was going to be done in May and that post of hers was the end of AUGUST. How frustrated would you be if she tells you that YOUR project will be done in MAY and then isnt close come September. 

This person was a customer 5 years ago!  His project ended in August 2007 and the total cost of his project was $1,500, not $3,000.  I have unarchived the records pertaining to this customer and have the original invoice and original emails where he was refunded and his web project files were sent to him.  If anyone would like to see the email message where he was very happy, he was refunded and sent his files, let me know as I will send you a copy of it.  This person, I'm sure you can see, obviously has some personality disorders.  Why would he wait 5 years to bring this grief, even though his email messages, upon separation with this company, showed he was happy and all his files were sent to him as well.  This person is obviously inventing a scheme to try and extort money from this company, which he will NEVER get!  He is inventing all these lies about this company, when in fact, they are all untrue.  This company will not be extorted.  You can contact any of our MANY customers and find out just how happy ALL of our customers have been.  The oddest thing about his stories, on this site, are that his description about his time with this company is completely false, and his description of the company is false.  He didn't even know my name, to use on this site, until yesterday when he also filed a report with the BBB, again showing that he has mistaken this company with some other company!  I did provide all the supportive evidence to the BBB and they are going to dismiss this case, as the guy obviously has a problem.  All of the info you are reading here is fabricated.  I do believe this person has hired another company during the 5-year period and is mistaken the other company with this one, which again, shows his personality disorder or perhaps some mental issues.  This will be my last post to this site regarding this matter as I will not continue to tit-tat back and forth with a mentally challenged person.  Let me know if you would ike a copy of the separation email, when he exited as a customer, and was refunded back in August 2007 ... "the end".
