Enhanced Aim Not as described. They Were very rude, and Denied me their Terms Of Service Internet

An absolute Nightmare, THe cost is expensive immediatly, But i though im sure its worth it. I purchased the product, and i was told i could login and install the program immediatly, It took me an entire day to even be able to log in. I contacted Customer Service to help me out, it took them almost 3 days to reply to me and all they said was "Whats your Username" Thats it, not even a we appologise. That wasnt a big deal, but after they make you read like 10 tutorials just to install the product it doesnt even work, Apparently it crashes my games every time i use it, And im not a new comer, i develope programs for a living, But this was ridiculouse, I contacted them and they said "You must be doing it wrong" Well, No S*** How about some help? I  never recieved a reply back. I eventually find out how to get it working, And the product barely works, Half of the features that work in the advertisments DONT WORK! They just said their working on it, (They were working on it for months i was told). The product was a nightmare, so i wanted a refund, I asked 3 times, and never got a reply, Finally the forth time i got a reply almost 2 days after i asked, and they said we will not give you a refund, they asked me to read the Termms Of Service, So i did, And in there it clearly states, You can cancel your account at any time and recieve a refund by issiueing a help ticket. I had already done this 4 times. Finally i got in contact to some one who must have been a manager, and he told me we arent liable for the product, the service, or issuing a refund. They just said no. So i said i was going to contact the BBB and they said we dont have to comply to them, Nor will we. So i filed a report With The BBB, And im waiting to get this all straitend  out. The BBB Was very helpful. All i can Say i NEVER buy from this site, There customer service is Aweful and rude, Not to mention it takes almost a week for a reply,  You will not get a refund even if the program isnt working. Nor will they help you get it working. All i can say is stay away.
