Maisha Pierce-Byrd - Design Plus Programming Ripped off for over $3,800 Tempe Arizona

SnipePros.com was one of the client I was currently working on prior to my accident. I personally hired developers to complete the project and it has been hosted on my dedicated server for over a year with no payment. This client has recieved the source code for the entire database, the COM object to communicate with Ebay and all screen designs. Payments are made to my company after deliver of files! There have been no recent phone calls or email from this client. The last message was left on 11/05/2007 which was return by my assistant Gloria. I would be more than happy to resend all of the files.

This client has paid a total of $2945 with a balance of $450 for the remainder work completed. I deactivated the website and left only the starter page after the balance went 120 past due. This does not include the hosting fees which the client agreed to pay $50 per month. No company provides a service for free. A discount was applied to all clients that was affected by my accident. Clients who would provide a wonderful reference is WYDOPN, LLC, Nana's Care, BannerHealth Care, City of Tempe, etc.

I would be more than happy to re-active the site and let Justin review it and pay the balance if he still wants it or the source code will be provide COD and he can host it someplace else. My telephone number is the same and the hours are posted.

We at Design Plus Programming purchase dedicated servers from GoDaddy. We have a total of 132 clients on two servers. Each server cost us $481 monthly. At no time did I discuss who I purchase my servers from as it is none of a client's business. No client has complain with our set-up which is a true web-farm to prevent the client website from going down.

To prove that this work is completed, I will be re-activing this website within a few days. Please use the username/password of demo, demo. The website is www.snipepros.com. Unless Justin points it to another hosting company it should be active. I will not allow you to snipe true ebay auctions but I will point it to there QA environment. Once again, I have not been contacted by the client and the client has never responded to my email.

A discount was already applied due to my accident. I am willing to show all new customers the documentation. We created the following for Snipe (Justin): A custom logo, starter page, asp.net 2.0 web application for account set-up, ebay intergration, and database to store the files. Justin has never provide us with a online merchant account so he could charge for this service.

Since we develop custom software we will not active an account until we have been paid in full. He already have the source code for what he has paid for which is probably why we have never been contacted by any attorney. If he has lost or misplaced his files we will provide it free of charge. But he most pay his outstanding bill for the remainder of the work. We are left with software that has been developed, we have no been fully compensated for, and have no way of selling due to client ownership. Please contact me directly..We have been in business since 1998 and this is the first report I have seen.

Hello, Our Company have had dealings with Maisha pierce byrd through Guru.com. They Told us point Blank in an email dated 29 july 2008

"Good afternoon. Unfortunately, Maisha never delivered on her promises to you or other employers. Consequently, her Guru.com account has been closed since last August. I reviewed all of the correspondence we had with her about your case last year. Ultimately, all of the messages resulted in excuses and broken promises."

My suggestion
1. Do not use her Anyone. Run far far away from Design plus programing it should be minus in my book as all we were out was minus a bunch of $$ and she was plus some.

2. when using Guru use the Gaurenteed services from now on .
This will protect you if you think you were not provided the services you paid for as Guru.com will review all things dealing with this including the code to make sure the programmer or scammer if it is so is or is not legit when they or if they do provide you the code.

If it is not then you will be refunded
