Templateplazza.com club.templateplazza.com Refuses to fix something wrong with their template Not Listed, Internet

Well I bought a subscription from them just to get 1 particular theme that I liked.  After days of trying to get it to work on my current website I contacted them.  They couldn't help and didn't know what to do.  So I ended having to completely install their packaged installer just to get it to work (which meant I had to go through a huge thing of backing up my database and much more).

After I did that and get it setup I had several problems and after waiting days for each response I figured out most the problems myself.  Then my subscription ran out.  After that they refuse to contact/help you with THEIR faulty product.  Now the problem is I've got Number of Categories enabled even though it's disabled in the control panel.

 I'm pretty sure that there is a law that states that when anyone sells something there is an "implied warranty" or something similar stating that it legally has to work the way it's intended. 

Long story short:
They sell faulty and bad themes and refuse to help you with their bugs and glitches (that they custom coded and created) unless you pay them more money.

Be very careful if you're going to buy a theme from them.
