We contracted viacomp to build a simple database application which should have taken 2 weeks.  I've been in the industry nearly 20 years and have never seen someone so unprofessional, but if it was merely unprofessional, I would consider myself lucky. 

After 2 weeks with no solution delivery, we started to get the run around.  Incredible excuses  - hard drives dying, floods, computer damage, new computers that stopped working and then it got absurd with personal injury stories and family deaths.  His phone stopped receiving incoming calls and only made outbound calls but only AFTER we had fully contracted with him and were requesting our completed work.

We hired a 3rd party developer to build our application and audit Brad's work.  To say Brad's effort was shoddy is generous.  It was garbage.  It took the new developer longer to fix Brad's code than start from scratch.  The new developer finished in a week what Brad was unable to deliver in 6 weeks.  Brad billed us for over 200 hours of work with no details and virtually no evidence the work had been performed.

Brad's work was a complete waste of time and money.  I strongly recommend you do not use him.
