Your rental agreement specifically states that moving without informing the store where your are moving to is a breach of the agreement. Once the store is made aware that you have moved without providing them notice within a reasonable amount of time, they are REQUIRED to return the merchandise. Unfortunately, once that reasonable amount of time passed, your rental agreement was breached. The store has no reason to replace the laptop, as you breached the agreement. Since you are the one that violated the terms of the agreement, you have two options: 1: continue paying. 2: don't continue paying, and be subject to whatever collections activities are available to the store according to federal and state laws.
