Presently, I'm trying to file in the Los Angeles small claims court. I am having problems with the address. The Better Business Bureau gave me the Company ID: 13203270.

What happened in my case is: I sent my computer in for repair and it came back with a CD drive vice the original CD-RW drive. In addition, I aggred to pay for another mother board and Windows XP.

Attemps to contact them have been usless.
